-How can I order online from www.rbstore.fr?
Select the product you want, choose a colour (if applicable) and quantity intended and click on the “Add to Cart” button.
When you complete the product selection process, click on the cart icon and follow the steps indicated to complete your order.
What is the response time for my order?
After placed, your order is immediately treated ( Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m .to 3 p.m. – except holidays).
How can I use my promotional code?
If you have a promotional code, please fill it in the “Promo code” field on cart details page. If valid, the promotional code will be automatically applied to the total price to be paid.
How can I change my order?
From the moment that the purchase has been paid and validated, you cannot change it on the website. Nevertheless, you have 7 working days, counting from the delivery date, to return either the totality or part of your order.
Which countries do you ship to?
RBSTORE provides worldwide delivery.
What is the delivery time?
Delivery takes between 48 to 72 hours after the order confirmation, in mainland France. For the rest of the world, it takes between 3 to 7 working days for your order to arrive, depending on the country.
Can I request a delivery to an address different from the one associated to my account?
You may require delivery to an address of your choice, weather it is the one you registered as your billing address or a different one. To request delivery to a different address, when placing your order click on the “Deliver to a different address” option and indicate the one you wish to receive your order at.
Please note that after confirming your purchase, you cannot change the delivery address.
Can I track the status of my order?
To track your order, go to your account and click on “Order history” (available 24/7).
If you have not received your order within 5 days, please contact the Colissimo Customer Service.
What are the payment methods available?
Payments can be made by credit card (MB, Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Mastercard) and Paypal.
The VAT is included in the prices?
Yes, all prices set include the VAT.
Can I pay in a currency other than the euro?
Payment can only be made in Euro.
Is the payment process secure?
Payment security is one of our top priorities. All transactions made on www.rbstore.fr are safe and payment is assured by CIC system (Credit Mutuel) and comply with the 3D Secure standard
Can I exchange a product?
The direct exchange of products is not possible. Instead, the customer can return the products and a credit note will be issued by the same amount of the parcel returned. With this credit note, the customer can place a new order.
How can I return a product?
Products sold and shipped by RBDRINKS® must be returned to our warehouses, as stated in article 5.2 CGV.
What are the returning costs?
Please note that only products unused and in perfect conditions for resale will be accepted, as stated in article 5.2 CGV.

How can I access my order history?
You can check your account history and follow your orders from your customer account (“My acount”) in www.rbstore.fr. To do so, please sign in with your email and password, access the “My Account” area and click on “My Orders”.
If you do not remember your password, please follow this steps:
